Looking for the least expensive P4 mobo

Here's what i'm looking for. I need a fully integrated Pentium 4 mobo with onboard:

1. Sound
2. Video
3. Lan

This will be for a P4 test system so performance is not really an issue.

ECS SiS645 Chipset ATX Motherboard Model P4S5A

Unfortunately, the P4S5A has no Video. What you seek is not a common thing because Intel has yet to launch 845G, and SiS only recently launched Sis 650. But, I think I have the board for you. I did a search at Pricewatch for SiS 650, and 2 boards were found. MSi MS-6524GL and ECS L4S5MG. Both have On-board Video, SOund, and LAN. And the MSi is at Newegg while the ECS is at MWave as well. The down side to the MSi is that it only has SDRAM DIMM's while the ECS has DDR. I personally, would not recommend going the MSi because of only SDRAM. That's about all that I could find.
