Looking for the freeware equivalent to "Photo2VCD"?

I have downloaded and used the Photo2VCD software, and it is great. It allows you to make VCD's with photos, but to also add music in the background, with many additional transitional effects.

Buttttttttt...........it's not free. Anyone know of any similar apps that can do this? I really liked the easy to use interface with it. And I might consider buying it if there aren't any other programs like this. I have already checked vcdhelp.com for any other programs, but didn't see any listed with the same functionality.

You can also try WinOnCD5 (Roxio) makes a very good job of Photo VCD's

Ulead DVD Pictureshow - I forget the publishers - one fof those companies that supply the photo editing software that you get bundled with a scanner normally check it out here
