I'm using Zalman heatsinks on my Athlon 64 and 6800GT and they rock (CNPS7000A AlCu and VF700 Cu). I've used the NV Silencer on my 6800GT and prefer the Zalman as it seems to cool better and is quieter.

I only have the Zalman vid card cooler VF-700Cu,(hs - fan) but it dropped my temps tremendously...
9'C amb drop, and 20'C drop at idle, and 40+ drop under load. Can't beat that for $43.
I'm not OC'ing my CPU, so it still is stock fan/hs.
Zalman, all the way for vid anyway the copper model heavy, but excellent cooling.

I have the Thermaltake Beetle heatsink on my CPU. it's huge, and it's expensive. But it's fricking sweet. Running my 3200+ Winchester at around 28c right now. Xp-120 is another heatsink worth jumping on. But I wanted a huge beast, and nothing compares to the Bettle in that aspect. In my Tsunami case, the shell of the heatsink is less then 1/4 an inch from the fan on the side panel.
