looking for the best refresh unlock program

if any of you play hlaflife/counter strike and use a geforce card you'll know what i mean here. My fps is locked at 60 and this is because my monitors refresh rate is at 60 also. now i've set the refresh rate to 100 but still only get 60fps.

i've seen quite a few refresh unlock programs and used quite a few also but was wondering what you guys thought might be the best one to use or offers more features.
