Looking for tablet recommendations

I have two toddlers and basically want tablets to play videos while we are on long road trips and learning apps. That's really it... I have a Kindle but since I don't have access to Google Play apps I'm over it..

Needs microSD slot and I think that's really all I can think of..

Not looking to spend a lot since kids seem to break things when you're not looking. Maybe $75.00 - $150.00 each..

Pretty much any cheap tablet from Walmart will do - the RCA ones are like $100.

7" Amazon fire tablet. I have installed a cyanogen mod OS on mine and its just a fully rooted android tablet now. I got the info of how to do it from XDA.

You dont need to go as far as rooting, wiping and installing a new rom. There are easier ways to get the play store on it and use those apps as well. And I believe it has a micro SD slot.

I got mine for 33$ but they are currently 50$ on Amazon.

Perhaps you can go to https://www.xda-developers.com/ and look up what you can do to it. See if it will be easy for you or not. Cuz its the cheapest tablet you can get. I think.
