Looking for Tablet PC advice/opinions

I plan on getting a tablet pc soon and I'm looking for any insight as to which I should get. My dad owns a Fujitsu 4000 series and it's pretty darn nice as it is. However, this is the only tablet I've had any experience with. I am definitely looking for a convertible, though, because I would like to be able to do typing while I'm taking notes at the same time. Whichever model I get, I'm going to be maxing most of the specs on it, so price here isn't really an issue. I'm simply looking for funcionality, modest weight, and ergonomic advantages. I know that Gateway offers a 14 inch tablet I've been leaning twoards, but I'm not sure if the weight of a 14.1 inch tablet is really much of a disadvantage over a standard 12.1 inch. Another problem is that I can't seem to find any models that have SXGA screens... I'd very much prefer SXGA over XGA. Anyways, any ideas/opinions? Thanks.
