Looking for suggestions to house the following....

I am builiding my first system from scratch. I plan on having the following:

Abit IC7-G
Intel P4 2.8Ghz 800Mhz FSB
ATI 9600 XT 128Mb
Mushkin 3500 lvl2 1Gb OR OCZ 3700 Gold 1Gb
WD Raptor 36.7Gb SATA
Zalman CNPS7000 HS/Fan

I need a case that will stay cool as I plan to OC a little.
Case must also have a slide out MB tray.

Those are pretty much my only requirements.

I'm also looking for a PSU recommendation.

Overclock = good psu...
good psu = Antec 350W at least, not if you gonna put lots of fans and cold cathodes (get true blue 480w it has blue led on the fan)
case: if you want cool, aluminium case is the one to use of course...
Any of the Lian Li cases is good if you got money to burn, but check the reviews of course, or even easier do a search on lian li or aluminium case in this forum, and you'll find lots of thread on this...

To top it off get a fan controller and cold cathode controller, Vantec Nexus 305 gives fan controller and two cold cathodes and they can be sound activated...

About the only cases I've seen lately with the slide out tray and a reasonable price are from InWin. Check 'em out at newegg.
The InWin PSUs are solid too.
