Question Looking for sub $20 4 port USB C pcie card

Have any of you seen a 4 port USB C pcie card for under 20 bucks anywhere? I can find the older style 4 port USB pcie cards for 8 bucks or less, but can't seem to find 4 port USB C versions under 20 bucks anywhere......

Probably because of badwidth needs of type c port (usually usb 3.2) is higher than usb 3.1?

Is this perhaps because the chips/chipset needed are still too expensive for the prices to drop below about the $20 mark?
