Hey I realize that this question has been asked before, but I?m asking again in case any other contenders have emerged that I am not aware of. Also, I have read Anand?s KT133A round-up, but I am interested in hearing from everybody in the forum what their experiences have been.

With those disclaimers out of the way?

I am looking at picking up a KT133A MB sometime near the end of the summer. (DDR is NOT an option, as I want to use my 512 MB of PC-133) I will be running either Win98SE or W2K on it. Here are the qualities I am most interested in:

1. Stability
2. Compatibility with desktop Palominos

The ability to overclock is a plus, but the above two requirements are really the only two things I care about.

I?ve heard from a few online sites (Tom?s ? Anand?s?) that Palominos generally speaking can run on the KT133A chipset, depending on the MB, so hopefully that won?t be a big problem.

I remember hearing good things about both the EPOX and ASUS KT133A boards.

If I?ve left anything out I would be more then happy to clarify. Any suggestions, comments, etc. on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
