Looking for song... NOT Les Rhymes Digitales (at least I don't think so)

Every one thinks this song is Les Rhymes Digitales because it also samples Skeelo says "Hey you, what's that sound? Everyone look what's going down." from "I wish", but I don't think it is unless it's some wacked out remix with added vocal tracks.

It's the song VH1 keeps using as filler/transition... whatever. They do this animation of three cats. One playing keyboards, one wearing a space helmet and the other is a Borg kitty.

It's heavy synth, the Skeelo sample and then some Human League-ish (that's who I think of) female vocals.

What's this song?

It'd be really cool to find the kitty video too.
