looking for someone in sacramento to help setup small cat-5 home network

i bought a new house in november and had the builders set up the house w/ cat-5. i'm not very technical but i was told that it's useful for setting up a network which is what i wanted to do. i guess it follows the phone line because they told me that it's set up behind the phone jacks, but it needs to be installed. i assumed that they meant that the actual network jack had to be installed but the wiring is there. i need someone in the sacramento area to help me w/ this. i looked up people in the yellow pages but i figure that i'd see if anyone here could recommend someone.

Just go by Home Depot and get some faceplates with RJ-45 connectors and wire 'em up!
