Mine is @2.24ghz right now 100% stable, I have had it up to 2.4ghz. I am sure I could go higher if my room was cooler. Overall pretty good for a $50 CPU, but if I were you I would get the 2800+ Sempron for the larger cache. Its was a pretty easy oc on my DFI, I just uped the FSB by 3 or 4 at a time and rebooted after it entered windows, I have good RAM so I only had to bump it down to 166 I think.

I'd avoid any AMD CPUs with 8x multiplier and 128K cache. Too much stress on MB and RAM. The Sempron 3100 Paris/ECS NF3 combo at Fry's is $80. The combo supports 64-bit and Cool n Quiet. The 256K cache and 9x multiplier should do 2.25GHz at 166 divider with most board. Expect to see 2.4 to 2.5GHz with a decent chip.
