Looking for some SD/HD clips

I got an hdtv on BF, but haven't decided how I will input the HD into it(cable, OTA, Directv). And I want to test out its HD capabilities. I found some HD clips on microsofts website, they look pretty good, but I would like to find some clips that are the exact same only one is SD and one is HD. Any help?
