Looking for some recommendations...

I currently have a Sonata I w/ 380W PSU (24A on 12V).

I have an Opteron 165 in route and I'll be ordering the rest of the rig tonight or early tomorrow. I haven't decided on a mainboard yet but it'll probably be either a DFI NF4 UT Ultra-D or an Asus A8N variant. 6800gs or 7800gt graphics. No plans for SLI.

Judging from the recommendations over at dfi-street.com, it's looking like I'm going to need to upgrade my PSU. Looking for some recommendations here. The more quiet the better. I'm leaning towards an Antec TruePowerII 550 or an Enermax EG565P-VE. I'd like to keep the price under $100.

Given this, will the Sonata case itself have adequate airflow? It's currently housing a 1.4ghz Tbird (yeah, it's been a while since I've done any upgrades) which is dissipating somewhere around 70W which would be on-par with a single-core A64. I think AMD rates the dual core s939 A64s/Opterons at 110W max. Will this be too much for the Sonata I to handle?

Now that I've grown used to the Sonata's noise level, I don't think I could go back to the vacuum cleaner type noise of cases I've owned in the past. If I have to forego the Sonata, any recommendations for a similarly quiet case?

Thanks.

Sparkle FSP550-60PLG - has been available for $85. +sh. Use froogle, etc. for best current price - the Egg has always been high on this one.
