Looking for some help with green tea

Trying to change my diet for the better. Eating healthy overall and added blueberries and oats to my daily intake. Looking to add green tea next.

The problem? I don't know anything about tea. I can count how many times I've drank it.

The grocer has:
Tazo Zen Grean Tea and Herbal Infusion
Tetley Earl Grey Green Tea
Higgins & Burke Gourmet Green Tea

The cost is irrelevant. I realize that these are commercialized brands but hopefully at least one of them is decent enough to consume (and benefit from). The Tazo Zen one kind of looks authentic...

Hopefully someone can enlighten me (and others who are curious) as to which one is decent 😛

I'm sure they're all authentic, I mix Tazo Zen with straight Chinese Green Tea (can be found at a local Asian grocer usually). I swear by the stuff--it provides a great mix of pick-me-up in the morning, but also relaxes somehow...

Don't know about the third, but the first two to me don't sound as appealing. Whatever you do, don't drink IslandRose Green Lime. It's got lapacho which apparently means rotting wood in some foreign language (or so I assume, as that is how it tastes).

So go for the Tazo Zen? 😀 I live in Toronto which has large Chinese market but I never go to those areas downtown or pass their markets. It would be out of my way to get to one so .... I'm hoping one of the three I listed is authentic enough for the health benefits 😉
