Looking for some good DDR2 Memory

I want to get two 1GB sticks. This narrow the search somewhat. I've looked at Corsair C4 (4-4-4-12) and OCZ Gold 5400 (4-4-4-8). I'm pretty new to DDR2 overclocking. is there a guide out there somewhere? Is everything ran with a memory divider except DDR2-8000? I would really appreciate any advice I can get. You can see my rig in sig. Please help.
