Looking for some games to play on my Ibook.

I got an ibook a fews months ago and was wanting to get some games to play on it. I want some older stuff, but even enwer stuff is ok as long as its easily playable on a portable system using the touch pad.

I was thinking about Diablo 2, Starcraft, etc... I have never played the two mentioned games and gogamer has them both under $15.00 for the mac......

Will these games nativly play under osX or will I have to play them under classic? I would like to get games that will nativly play under X.

Please give me your recomendations, RPGS/RTS are styles that I would perfer on the portable platform but LMK if you have any other sug.

Both Diablo2 and Starcraft have native OSX executables. If you're looking for a good RPG, Neverwinter Nights is available for the Mac, too.

WarCraft 3. Currently $12.90 at GoGamer.

Or you can download emulators like MAME, SNES, NES, Genesis, Neo Geo, etc. Perfect for iBook.

Another good game for portables are pinball games. Pro Pinball like Big Race USA is excellent but might be tough to find now.

Ill look into getting Diablo2 and Starcraft then, When I say RPG's I mean games more along the lines of Final Fantasy 7's Style of play.....


Naustica I had/beat Warcraft 3 on my PC, kinda looking for something new, but thanks for the suggestion. I do have emus/roms on my ibook already though.

You could spend years having fun with Diablo 2 though.
