I've tried some programs but i really can't find what i'm looking for exactly..

i'm looking for a mp3 splitter like this

but also does converting to different format files at the same time it splits

i can do that in two steps, but was wondering if there is a program that does that at the same time

2nd programs is.. a program that can gather all .xml files from MSN messenger logs and output to one file.. (separated by each email of course)

reason is, i have logs on several different computer, and timeline is really messed up.. i'd like to combine two or more log files and put the logs in time categorized one file ... tried to do it manually, but it's almost impossible 😱
