looking for software to compare directories (Windows based)

Is there any free software out there that you can take 2 directories and compare and list the files that are contained in on but not the other?? I have several mp3 directories across my mahcines and they have different size. Id like to just do a copy of the files that are not present in the other one or something like that

On linux at least, xxdiff does that nicely. Then there is dirdiff which comes in console & gui flavors.
