Looking for software that can assign rapid-fire to a key

For example, I want to have the 'j' key rapid-firing whenever I hold the 'o' key. Is there any free software that does this?

I used that a long time ago for Ultima Online.

The demo just limits the amount of time or clicks.

I also like EZ Macros. You may be able to use the trial for a while with the 100 run limitation.
