looking for software or command: compare files on 2 CDs

hi, looking for a software or maybe dos command that will let me select a directory and then compare it against another directory, and tell me what's different between the two.

it's for 2 CDs, one is an older SW version of the other... thanks

I like beyond compare (not free though). It will even do a line by line of the files them selves

Edited: sorry, I hit reply too quick. You could also use the SVNDiff tool. It's part of Tortoise SVN

FreeCommander has that ability but I dont use that feature. Its a great free file manager with a lot of features so you might want to try it.
