Looking for socket 754, nForce3, mATX

I'm looking for a socket 754 mobo that is nForce3 based and has a micro-ATX form factor. I've got an nForce3-based motherboard in my desktop and I really like it.

I'd like to build a PVR around a Sempron, and the only boards I can find are based on a VIA chipset. I'm not too happy with VIA right now, since my current PVR is built around an Epia board.

So, if you have any suggestions about a board, let me know.
