Looking for Silent, Dual DVI graphics card for office work

I need to pic up a couple of silent dual DVI graphics cards for a couple workstations in my office. I'd also like them to be motherboard powered only, and not need the extra 6 pin. I've looked around, and haven't been able to find one. I'm open to suggestions. I don't need a lot of power, this is just for a dual monitor desktop for office work.

There are cheaper cards on Newegg with dual DVI but none without fans.

Figured I would update. I bought 4 of them. 2 of them worked great, the other 2 had bad DVI connectors. I sent them back and amazon is sending me 2 more. They seem to meet all the requirements for our office, we run 2 x 24" 1920x1200 monitors per workstation, I'm pretty happy with them so far.

Will this card run two 27" 2560x1440 monitors? One of the reviews says that only one of the DVI ports supports dual-link, which has me concerned.
