if you're into sci-fi, Battlestar Galactica is a good one to watch. there's still time to catch up before the final season begins.

Kyle XY and The 4400 are other pretty good sci-fi catches, though I heard 4400 was cancelled :(

Yeah, I can't believe I didn't remember BSG. Great show.

lost

i watched 2 seasons in a week and i'm hooked. pissed off but hooked. it keeps stringing me along. this better not turn out to be some science experiment or dream or other cop out ending.

Babylon 5 (Sci Fi). The first season is slow, but it picks up from there. It's not like the star trek where you can mix up the episodes in a season and not notice, if you did that with B5 you'd be left clueless. They also stay as true to current laws of physics and other science as they can when it comes to outer space, such as realistic ship movements, even the jump gates (IIRC) are theoretically possible. Good cgi too for the time.

i doubt you will make it to this suggestion since there have already been 42 shows mentioned but my recommendation is to watch the 8 seasons of:

Trailer Park Boys

edit: shows i watch are Lost & Prison Break but i enjoyed the first seasons of each more than the newer ones.

if you are willing to watch a show from the 90s then watch the first few seasons of Northern Exposure, one of my all time favorites.
