Looking for shared calendar program...

Does anyone have any experience with any calendar software that can be access by more than one person? For example, both a secretary and executive can view and add to the schedule. I know an exchange server can do this but this is for a small business so that would be overkill. It would be nice if the program/site is free or cheap. (The program can be an internet site or something that would run on a local network. )
