Looking for SD (not mini/micro SD) music player

So I just installed a new car stereo that has, among many other features, an SD card slot. I got a 16 GB SDHC card and it's great. However, I'm thinking of getting an MP3 player and it's hard to find one that has an SD slot. More of them have mini or micro SD. But more importantly, managing just one piece of external media for my portable music would be so convenient.

What are my options? If I decide to use the MP3 player mostly when I'm exercising, would any SD player be too big and clunky? I'm thinking if there isn't a good standard SD player available, I could just pick up a cheap Sansa Clip and just put up with managing its library separately.

I've had my cowon D2 since christmas and love this thing. Supports SDHC up to 32gig, and has models w/ built in memory up to 16gig. I don't think it's that big, but I don't exercise with it.
