Looking for reliable 2.1 Speakers

I just want something that I can use for 5+ years without having any issues. I'm ok with spending anywhere from $50-$150. I'm not really an audiophile but I want games/music to sound 'good' at 60% volume or less. I don't really care about how loud it can go.

I would also prefer a set that would allow me to plug in headphones somewhere as well.

Any suggestions?

I've been keeping my eyes on the klipsch promedia 2.1 and the logitech x-2300 but I'm wondering if I can spend less money for a product that won't crap out on me. (are the x2300's reliable in that regard?)

I've had my Z2300's for a several years now and have been quite happy with them. I believe they're on sale at a couple of places (TD?) for $99. I've heard great things about the Klipsch Promedia's.

I have the Klipsch Promedia 2.1 speakers and I absolutely love them. They're not the fanciest speakers out there, but as far as we non-audiophiles are concerned, they sound amazing. They have a mini-jack input and headphone out on the right speaker, too. I found them at my local Best Buy (which is typically NOT the best buy) for only $80, so shop around if you decide on them.

I have a set of Altech Lansing i've been using for the past 6+ years. Generally a basic set of name brand speakers will last you quite a while.
