Looking for recommendations on a P4 mATX Board w/ SATA

Title and summary say it all. Anybody use a P4 mATX board recently that has SATA that they would recommend to a fellow member? Going to sell off my Shuttle SB61G2 and going to go back to my true love of mATX, but want to bring my Raptor, P4C and Dual DDR with me.
