Looking for recommendations for TV tuner cards

Hi,

I am putting a couple of pcs together, one cheap, one expensive.

So.. for the cheap one.. what is the best bang for the buck with really good image quality just for viewing, no recording of over the air and/or cable broadcast?

For the expensive and for the works, anything better than those tuner cards from Dvico or MyHD?

The HVR-1600 seems to get mixed reviews, some people love then and others can't get them to work.
