I am gonna get away from INTEL and get my first AMD set up. Figure maybe get a 1.0 gig t-bird and try to it 1.2 or something so some safe overclocking... I think... Anyways I do not know anything about AMD mobos. I don't even know the chipsets. So I will give a list of options I want and hopefully you guys can give me a recommendation of a mobo that best suits me.

I need it to be PC133 not DDR since I have the ram already.
Multiplier adjustments
Voltage adjustments
Mhz Adjustments (dont need 1mhz or anything like that but I want something that can do say 140 maybe 166)

I have Soltek SL-75KAV and it runs perfectly, my recomendation. It`s great for OC
and it is very stabile, and also, one of the fastest boards in the class !

Well, not according to this review. This comparison will give you an idea of some boards that my work for you. There may be other options that users here can tell you about.

Best mobos to OC or not OC, Iwill KK266(RAID or NON-RAID) and the Asus A7V133.
Also a good mobo Abit KT7A(RAID or NON-RAID).

Good luck!

If you have SDRAM already, then you might want to look at ECS K7S5A - it's a really fast DDR RAM board that still has two SDRAM slots. Use your old RAM now and migrate to DDR later (or don't).

The price for that thing is so incredibly low that there's absolutely no point in buying a pure SDRAM board anymore. But if you want to save those $15, get an ECS K7VZA, this is among the fastest SDRAM-only boards.

Neither board has any overclocking fiddly bits ... take the money saved by buying those and invest in a faster CPU and graphics card to start with.

thanks all I will start looking at the reviews of all the mobos listed and see what I will get.
