Any of you guys happen to know any recipes from India? In particular I'm looking for recipes for "butter" chicken and chicken shag (sp? the one with spinach). Thanks.
 
The recipe you are referring to is Chicken Saag. One of my all time favorite indian dishes. Look for a recipe for a drink called "Bhang". You will thank me later
