If you want a 4-pin fan, look no further than the Thermalright TY-140. It's taking the place of my older Scythe Slipstream 120's.

You don't need a 4-pin connector to know RPM. The fourth wire is for PWM. The third wire is for tachometer reading, i.e. RPM monitoring, so all 3-pin fans have that. Assuming you have the fan connected to a case fan port on your motherboard, just install HWMonitor and it'll tell you the RPM. The reason I'm asking this is that RPM is the main thing that determines noise. If you want the new fan to be quieter, you need to make sure it's actually lower RPM than what you've got now.

Ah, so your fan connects directly to the PSU with a standard molex connector? OK. The one you originally linked should be a good fan for the job, but it's still going to be audible. I have 800RPM rated 140mm fans in my PC and they make too much noise for my liking at full speed, I run them at 500RPM. But I am a bit of a silence freak
