Purpose: Watch TV/Blue ray in the same room.

I currently have Sennheister 185RF which I am returning as the sound drops out every few minutes, especially when watching Netflix.
I am looking for a recommendation for a good pair that fits the above criteria ( budget around 250). Range is not important as I am in the same room with line of sight.
