If you prove to me that after that was done, no more child murders happened : Yes. Otherwise, no. Life in prison is a worse sentence than the death penalty.

I think that everyone deserves a shot at redeption and rehabilitation; if they prove that they are beyond rehabilitation even after castration, then they deserve to be locked away from society.

I answered "?". While it's an improvement on what we do (lock them up for an average of 8 years, then release them, well fed and muscular, thanks to healthy food and weight training provided by our tax dollars, to do it again), it's not constructive either. I'm stlil leaning toward experimentation.
