Looking for program that reads ISO/BIN files

Hi, I thought I had a program one time that was able to decode/open CD image files just as if they were on a disc. IE you could almost use your hard drive as a CD/DVD drive in that you could get indivudual files like they were on a CD..

Can Nero do this?

Anyone know of a free program that does this?
