Looking for places to go hiking/backpacking

A friend and I are looking to go on a backpacking/hiking trip for a few days somewhere in Pennsylvania. Anyone know of any good websites that list places to hike? Ones I've found aren't very extensive.

My Google search has come up pretty dry as well.

I suggest you drive out to State College, PA and use that as your "base camp" since it's a beautiful college town. Bald Eagle and Rothrock State Forests are within 15-40 minutes of State College and offer some unspoiled virgin natural areas. I've been to some parts of Rothrock where it was so tremendously quiet from the lack of human intervention, I was shocked.

What you want to look for is something on the "Mid-State Trail". I found sites peddling maps, which might be a nice thing to have. I think the trail is over 100 miles long and it's mostly on public land, like the Appalachian Trail. The AT segment in PA isn't supposed to be anything great, so I suggest you look into the Mid-State Trail instead.
