Looking for photo comparison software

Do any of you have suggestions for software that will help narrow down a huge pile of digital photos? Ideally, it would be something that lets you:
1) quickly delete/move bad photos
2) flip back/forth between two (or more) similar photos
3) see the similar photos at the same time.

Look into a program called NoClone 2007. It was actually very useful for me when I did exactly what you are looking to do.
