Looking for PCI-E video card with dual DVI and passive cooling

I am building a new PC and need to buy a PCI-E graphics card. I run dual LCDs and want dual DVI. Silence is very important so I want passive cooling. Image quality and stability are important, gaming is not. I would like to spend around $100, but up to $200 isn't an issue. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have no problem putting an aftermarket passive cooler on a card, so if you have a good combo solution please let me know.

That looks like it would fit my needs well, but Newegg lists it as 1 DVI and 1 DSUB yet the picture shows dual DVI. I cant find this exact card on XFXs website. Any ideas what this card actually has?

it's dual DVI, i bought the same exact card from newegg...great little budget card btw

Check this out Can't match the 256bit bet however, I rasie you 3x the performance. Smoked! It's more expensive than the previous suggestions, but the performance gain over the others is well worth it. $160 shipped!

After looking at it some more, I'm not 100% sure it's actually 256-bit ; although I'd bet my house that it is dual-dvi since the pictures show it and a reviewer mentions that it comes with a dvi to analog adapter, also like the pictures show.

That was my initial choice, but if I am not gaming will this card give me anything that the cheaper 7300GT won't? It seems my $70 would be better put towards a CPU or memory.

hmmm... the image quality in graphic rendering apps will be better but you won't see much difference elsewhere. The 7300gt is a guy buy for your purposes. If you ever want to game though, that 7600gt is supposed to bench higher than active cooling 7600gt's. It's a lot better cooling ability than a regular passive heatsink due to its heatipie design.
