They're just entry level (32 ohms) but dj style with the swiveling cans, thought could sometimes wear them around neck listen to shows etc, and an amp would boost the output for that.Any higher end cans that need amplification will not be happy with the amp that comes built into speakers.

Wouldn't need bluetooth as everything fits where it's connected. Am thinking maybe headphone outputs on PC speakers are generally just passthru.Budget? I don't see a lot of computer speakers that specify output impedance on the headphone jack nor amplification.
