Need amp for new headphones and old PC speakers are failing so would like to get new setup that boosts/amps the headphones.

Any higher end cans that need amplification will not be happy with the amp that comes built into speakers.

They're just entry level (32 ohms) but dj style with the swiveling cans, thought could sometimes wear them around neck listen to shows etc, and an amp would boost the output for that.

Budget? I don't see a lot of computer speakers that specify output impedance on the headphone jack nor amplification.

Something like this?

Wouldn't need bluetooth as everything fits where it's connected. Am thinking maybe headphone outputs on PC speakers are generally just passthru.

It's more like most new ones come with BT. Some are even usb powered.

I would just get a headphone amp distinct from speaker if you really care, but most likely you don't need headphone amp.
