Looking for P43/P45 mobo

Any ideas? I have memory and video card picked out and a E7200 sitting in my bedroom still in the box. Not completely sure if I'll overclock yet but I know I need something that will allow a Scythe Ninja 2 (SCNJ-2000) to fit on it.

My Gigabyte P43 just arrived today, but I won't know whether to recommend it until a few days from now:

The last few reviews of MSI boards I've read have pointed out BIOS problems, but I mainly picked the gigabyte based on past experience with their MBs

Always had good experiences with MSI boards and that Neo3 FR would be my recommendation- Gary even recommended it a while back for a budget build.

Interesting. Would I benefit any from the Neo3 FR from the Neo3 F? From what I'm seeing, the only differences would be the FR has the P45 chip...kinda confused as to what causes the 25 dollar price difference.

Yeah the FR is the P45 and the F variant is the P43. There is not really much difference, in general the P45 OC's a little better with a higher FSB ceiling and most manufacturers will be putting higher quality components on the P45's for the higher voltages/Stress. If you do not plan on overclocking get the P43, if you do- might aswell get the P45 FR.
