Looking for Outdoor Security Camera - Web Enabled

Not a ton of money....I'd like to stay under $200.

I can do wired...I'd love something with Night Vision, but don't care that much.

capture card $100 (web access enabled)

base computer system (whatever you wanna build)

300 gig hd gets me about 30 days recording


all the necessary software comes with the capture card
