Looking for other movies with this kind of animation

Im looking for movies with the same kind of animation as: A Scanner Darkly I remember seeing an hbo movie with a few guys talking about philosophy and things but the animation of that movie wasnt as nice as this. Anyone know what movie im reffering to here? im also looking for other movies like this as well. Thanks.

but its crappier since its lower budget.
and its not much more than pretentious philosobabble filled nonsense. without the gimic of the animation it has nothing.
