I have the 27 inch. Really sharp picture via a cable but dvds are somewhat fuzzy. Just about everyone who sees it remarks how sharp the picture it is.

get flat screen... I'd rather have a 27" flat than a 32" curved

go to the store and compare yourself, then see if paying ~$130 more for flat screen is worth it.

it was to me (bought a Sony 32" flat screen for $530 a few months back)

My 27 screen is slightly curves. If you compare it to flat screen you notice the difference but it is so slight. Maybe there is a bigger bump on a 32 but personally I would put the money towards a bigger screen if I had a set budget.
