Looking for notetaking app for iPad

I recently got the iPad2 and I am looking for a notetaking app that allows me to write on the screen with a stylus.

Any recommendations?

TIA

I've bought a couple and like Penultimate the best, however none of them are suited for me to take notes as a lefty and still write comfortably. I've tried Penultimate, Notes HD, UPad (lite), and a couple others.

Penulitmate is my favorite as there is very little lag and the writing "engine" is smooth. It exports to PDF easily enough (I think all of them do).

They have the wrist protection, etc, but the way I write normally has my hand touching outside of the wrist protection zones, so I kind of have to hover my hand - its more like painting or writing on a whiteboard vs writing on paper for me.

Here is another vote for penultimate. Notetaker HD is another very powerful one that has sort of displaced Penultimate for me though.
