Looking for Note-/Netbook for < $500 for surfing.

I am looking a notebook or netbook that costs less than $500. I would like a nice screen. Something lightweight. Basically its only use will be to surf the web. It needs to be able to run flash video well, etc.

Any recommendations?

Mini 311 runs Flash 10.1 great (at 1080p) and is easily the most fun laptop I have ever owned in my life.

I have it hackintoshed, overclocked (2.3 ghz), playing 1080p Blu Ray rips (XBMC), playing Counter Strike Source.

Great machine.

new dell mini 10 if you want a dell. otherwise any 10" netbook will do what you want.

Get a netbook with an accelerator card (either broadcom or ION) in it and Flash 10.1 will run great.

Some of the intel graphics also offer acceleration of flash 10.1.

ION offers CUDA though and there are codecs/programs that will accelerate local HD videos using CUDA. I am not sure if Intel's chips would accelerate local HD videos. The broadcom only does video not gaming and doesnt have CUDA so obviously ION is preferable if its an option.
