Looking for next mobo upgrade from K7S5A: What is good?

OK, I am running an ECS K7S5A motherboard, and it has done me just fine, and Ive even used the modded OC Bios to overclock. But its just not good enough for me. I have finally moved away from the on-board sound and got an Audigy, so my next board doesnt have to have audio. I liked the fact that this board has ethernet built-in, even though my friend gave me a free ethernet card he didnt know what to do with, its just less of a hassle. I would have the following issues with getting a new board:

-AMD XP 1800+ : will i be able to overclock [well] with new motherboard?
-would i be able to get support for DDR higher than 266?
-possibly more than 2 DDR slots?
-onboard lan?

thats pretty much it. what would be a wise decision for me?

Thanks for any help!

And im not looking for anything immediate, it could be a product that is soon to be released...

OK, looking at that on Newegg, it says it has 6-channel sound? Do all of them have that? No biggie, i'll disable it, but whatever.

And does it have on-board LAN?

How does this board handle overclocking? Anyone have tales to tell?

What other nice features does it have? I see it does 333 DDR, very nice :)

thanks!

i would reccomend the abit nv7-133r
it's an nforce board and has onboard lan, audio, raid, usb2.0 and is really cheap (for what you get) at newegg for ~88 + ship
i have one and i'm very happy with it.

I'd go with the Epox that Athlon4all recommended. Epox is well known for their overclocking MB's so I dont' think you will have a problem there.
