Looking for new PDA...need recommendations

I'm looking to get a new PDA, as I broke mine, and new screens cost about $120...

So I'm trying to find a really really SLIM and convenient PDA - I don't need a 400Mhz XScale, or anything fancy - all I use the palm for is a looot of scheduling and phone numbers... pretty much a 'digital black book'.
