Looking for new motherboard - What's comparable to P55-UD4P?

I want a new motherboard, CPU (i5-750) and possibly ram if my current Patriot RAM isn't compatible (I don't know if they came out with a new "type" of memory).

Anyway, I saw some guides and they said the Gigabyte P55-UD4P was a recommended board but it's discontinued on Newegg. I assume they aren't just sold out. Was there a production problem? Was it replaced?

What are some good alternatives?
