Looking for new mobo...help!

I am looking to change my current motherboard with a new one, however, I want to use my current CPU, RAM, and just about everything else that I have in my comp.

CPU: 1.2 Celeron
RAM: PC100/PC133 SDRAM

Basically, I need a Intel mobo for Celeron CPU's. Current power supply is 250. I also want AGP support. Any tips/advice and mobo sugggestions for my situation? Thanks in advance.

well here is a good one that will not break the bank AND supports Tualatin CPU's

The Shuttle AV18ET. It has a AGP 4x slot, 3 dimm slots, and on-board sound. Only cost $60 at pricewatch.com
