I need a motherboard that can get me well in 3.5ghz range on air, very stable and in the price range of no more than $125. Decent quality onboard 5.1+ sound. SLI or Crossfire, firewire and raid are not needed. RAID would be best of those however. Any Recommendations?
 
I'm surprised no one jumped out here and suggested the GA-P35 series, dunno what the current models they sell are but all of them are highly recommended by the members here.
Start here for boards, that's probably one of the most commonly owned boards on these forums.
 
Thanks I did a little looking. Between these 3 motherboards which would one recommend for easy and very stable 3.5+ range for overclocking when combined with an e7200?

Hey srcuffy I have a gigabyte p35-ds3l board that seems to be working well, but has the latency problem mention in this forum. I ran the latency program found on this forum and got alot of latency spikes. We are waiting for a BIOS fix. You may want to hold off on a gigabyte for now.
